Willesden Reliability ride – Your Club needs you

One of the cornerstones of the 2008 Chiltern Classics series is the Willesden Reliability Ride. Traditionally this takes place on the last Sunday of February.
Due to a work commitment Ray Kelly is unable to organise the 2008 event, so this is an opportunity for a new organiser to step forward. Ray will act as your mentor, so this is a great way to learn how to organise this popular and traditional event.

The Reliability Ride usually attracts around 60-80 riders, who take part in either the 60km or 100km routes. The existing routes can be used or you can modify them as you wish. The event is straight forward to organise, the event HQ will be at the Guide hut in Ickenham and the WCC catering squad, “The Pinnyrellos” are ready to swing into action behind you

This is a great way to put something back into the club, so please, please contact Ray Kelly ASAP for further information. Email him at willesdencyclingclub@yahoo.co.uk with Reliabibily Ride in the subject.
