Was that the year the Tour started in Poland.
Even in 1940 they wore crash helmets.
Do you recon that’s the lead car substitute during those hard times? love to see the support vehicales.
I would give the support vehicles a miss, they had caterpillar tracks and large guns in turrets on the top!!
