This year’s AGM will be held on Sunday 4 December 2016 at Ickenham Guide Hut, Community Close, Ickenham, UB10 8RE starting at 2.00 p.m.

All members are encouraged to come along and have their say.

If you would like Alterations and/or Additions to the Rules and Handbook then please submit to me in writing:  email: mears.wendy@btinternet.com by Monday 7 November 2016 latest.   I can then include on the AGM Agenda which will sent out to all members in advance to the AGM.
