Club Runs start at Shane's Nursery, on the A40 near Denham at 9.30am.

Important information:

All club runs will be at the speed of the slowest rider.
We recommend that you wear a hard shell helmet, in the interests of safety.
In bad weather bikes with mudguards should be used to help keep you and other riders clean. Please use a rear mudflap.
Newcomers welcome.
