Just received this from our Track Secretary
Great start for the club to the new Stratford Track league at the Olympic track. We had four riders taking part, Jayne Paine, Marrianne Harding, Gildas Braine and Connor Woodford. All rode very well finishing all the events in the main group. The highlights being 2nd for Jayne in the 30 lap ladies scratch race, 3rd for Connor in the men’s 30 lap scratch, 4th place for Jayne in the ladies elimination and the ladies 50 lap race.
Connor then followed this with 5th in the men’s 50 lap scratch.
Rich Cooper went to Crowthorne Wood to ride in the 2nd round of the Gorrick Autumn Classic (A mountain bike event) . He finished in 27th place in the top half of the field in the Open category.
