FREE “Access All Areas” Pass

Ray Kelly has a very limited number of FREE “Access all Areas” passes for the Hillingdon stage of the three day Condor stage race to be held this weekend on Sunday 3rd May 2015!!!

As well as a superb track side viewing position ahead of all other spectators, you will also have access to all areas during the race day. This will give you a close up view of all the racing machines plus the chance to mingle with the riders.

Corporate hospitality will also be laid on, though this is limited to drinks only.

Terms and Conditions

1. You will be required to be at the circuit for 9:00am on Sunday 3rd May
2. The “Access all Areas” pass will be in the form of a tabard (supplied), which is to be sported at all times.
3. The tabard will contain the word “Marshal” written upon it in large letters.
4. You will be required to wave a flags of certain colours (including chequered). May also involve pointing and talking.
5. Your grandstand viewing location will require you to assist riders where required and help manage the throng(s) of adoring spectators.
6. The rolling out and reeling in of red and white tape might be required. Chairs and tables may need to be stacked/unstacked.
7. At least one cup of tea/coffee is included in your pass courtesy of “Julie May Catering”
8. It will be a fun day and a chance to meet up with your other clubmates.
9. A warm fuzzy feeling is freely available as you realise you are helping Ray Kelly run one of the most important road races of our year.

    Fabulous… love it John. Sorry I can’t be there as I have a pre-booked commitment looking at posh frocks. Tom will be ably representing Team Zittel on the marshal front.
