    Good Morning, I live locally in Pitshanger, am new to the area and would like to join a cycling club. I can come to the first Sunday in October for a taster club run but wondered if I could join any people cycling during the day in the week before then. Any “traffic-light” road bike route recommendations hugely appreciated if not! Many thanks, Suzanne

    I cycle out to Denham from Hanwell, Elthorne Heights – not so far from Pitshanger.

    I also cycle at the Hillingdon cycle circuit to and from work – there is a vets group that meets on Tuesdays and Fridays at the circuit betweeen 10 and noon plus the womens club affiliated to Willesden meet Friday afternoons at the circuit – worth a look at the Hillingdon Cycle Circuit web site. WCC also meet early evening at the same venue on Fridays. HCC is a really good resource – 1.5k bespoke road circuit – no cars – http://hillingdoncyclecircuit.org.uk/?page_id=71
