      I dont know if someone has replied or not, but you best bet if to head down to teh Hillingdon Circuit (the clib site shows where that is) after 5.30pm on a Friday and get to meet some club members.

          There is a separate club called the Hillingdon Cycling Club. However what Ian is talking about is our Friday night session at Hillingdon Circuit at 6pm.

          It runs all year round. Hope to see you there.
